I actually made this on the spot expecting it to be pretty bland, but it was awesome!! So so tasty! Also, you could easily improve on this by using actual garlic instead of powder, or adding any other veggies of your choice. Soy cheese could also be used!

Whole Foods' pre-baked Focaccia Pizza Crust (This is a must for best results)
Plain Pizza sauce (Your local HFS will have a safe one)
1 zucchini
1 squash
Pine Nuts
Bread crumbs
Garlic Powder
Any Italian Seasonings
1.5 t Olive oil

Grate zucchini and squash; Drain if necessary
Add oil to preheated skillet (Low-medium heat)
Add zucc's, squash, desired amount of Garlic Powder and seasonings, and Pine Nuts
Cook until desired tenderness.
Add sauce to a defrosted pizza crust
Add cooked veggies, and sprinkle with bread crumbs as you would cheese
Bake until hot (I didn't really use a specific heat or cooking time, I just kept checking. It cooks fast though since the crust is pre-made.)
ENJOY!

Yes, definitely do! I don't make pizza without it anymore! The store near me usually keeps them on a rack with pita bread, flat bread, and spelt bread .. right by the pastries. But I'm sure you could just ask someone in the bakery .. hopefully its something that all locations have!!
