I was craving chocolate marshmallow ice cream, but couldn't make ice cream because the gel thingy wasn't frozen yet from my last batch of ice cream. So here was the alternative

7 oz or so jar marshmallow creme
1/4 C cocoa powder (I sift it to get rid of lumps, but do as you please)
2 T or so vanilla soy/rice/almond milk

In an airtight freezer-safe container, mix marshmallow creme with cocoa powder. Gradually stir in milk, 1 T at a time, until creme is no longer as sticky and gloppy. Don't add too much or it will be runny. If you like the texture as-is then skip the milk and add a splash of vanilla. If this isn't sweet enough for you try adding some sifted powdered sugar -- don't use table sugar or the texture will be spoiled.

Put lid on container and stick in freezer. This will stay fairly soft even after extended freezing time.
