Quick and Easy Peanut Sauce

I made this peanut butter sauce the other day and served it with rice noodles! Very yummy and I did not have any problems after eating it!
Peanut Butter Sauce
1/3 cup Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Sugar
1/3 cup Water
Sprinkle with Cayenne to Taste.
1. Place the ingredients in a bowl, stir well, and microwave for 30 seconds.
2. Pour over chicken, nooldes or your other favorite dish

Looks yummy, I actually have a recipe similar to this:
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup peanut/soynut butter
1 TBSP sesame oil
1 TBSP grated ginger
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp pepper flakes (for spiciness)
The recipe says to use cold, however I heat it up and serve warm. Toss with cooked pasta (I like spaghetti), 1-2 grated carrots, and green onions.
Yummy!

Funny how we are all different! I cannot tolerate soy, but peanut butter seems ok with me!
