Iced Coffee (Dunkin Donuts)

I'm so excited... this tastes just like Dunkin Donuts iced coffee! It's so refreshing!

4 ice cubes
2/3 cup soy coffee (warm or cooled--I used Soyfee)
2/3 cup rice or soy milk (I used vanilla rice)
1 tablespoon sugar

1. Put sugar in a large glass.
2. Drop in ice cubes.
3. Pour coffee over ice and add milk.
4. Stir until sugar is melted.
5. That's it!

Modified slightly from a recipe invented by Karen=^..^= on Recipezaar

A couple days ago, I tried something like this with mocha Teeccino... I had some in a mug, already sweetened and non-dairy-creamered, and it had gotten cold, so I dumped it over a cup of ice. So good, and very refreshing!

Ooh, great idea to try it with Teecino, I bet that was yummy. Hey, we need to get our "coffee" fix somehow in the hot weather! I wasn't about to sit there sipping hot coffee when it was already almost 85 degrees by 9 this morning. Blah.

Hi Maddie,

Don't worry, it's safe. Kree wouldn't have posted it if it wasn't! Enjoy!

Kree and Casey are using soy coffee that they have at home, not anything they got at DD; it just tastes like DD iced coffee. I think you got that but I just wanted to make sure in case any newbies get confused.

Soy coffee is safe and pretty yummy. I used it to wean myself off regular coffee, but didn't drink it much after that.

Hi!

Oh yes I know, DD is dangerous haha..and I am a newbie to this, suffering 12 yrs, just new at controlling it.

I'll have to give it a try, thank you!

Yep, I love soy coffee, and it's never bothered me like real coffee does. I use Soyfee for this recipe because it's a little strong-tasting to me, which actually works out great. But for general drinking purposes I would highly recommend Rocamojo!
