Im going crazy trying to find a good Alfredo Sauce recipe! Its one of the things I miss the most since being diagnosed. HELP!

This is the vegan chef website, and every recipe I've ever made from there has been wonderful. I haven't tried the Alfredo sauce, but I've made similar sauces (I'm looking for those recipes - my files are a mess right now) and they've all come out really well. The soy milk works beautifully instead of cream, and the soy parmesan is fabulous.

It's usually way too much for me. I was thinking about dividing it in half and freezing half.
I'll try it, but was wondering if anyone else had already tried it and their experience.
