I made this last night and wrote down everything as I put it in the pot...Shane even had a 2nd bowl!!

CREAMY SWEET CORN, POTATO, CHICKEN SOUP

1-16oz box " – Creamy Sweet Corn Soup
2 cups Vegetable Broth
1-14.5oz can (with juice + 1/2 can filled with water)
1 cup DRY Rotelle Pasta (twisty shaped)
1-6oz package (or one large chicken breast, cooked and diced)
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
4 green onions or scallions - diced (I only used the white parts, save the green for garnish if you like)
1/4 cup soy, rice, or almond milk
salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Combined all ingredients in a large stockpot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 mins (or until pasta is cooked) salt to taste.

Makes 3 BIG bowls (as a full meal) approx 313 calories per serving OR
Makes 6 small bowls (serve with bread) approx 156.50 calories per serving for soup only.
