Pages: 1 peach dessert       #16148 - 08/03/03 11:41 AM Edit Reply Quote TessLouise Reged: 01/21/03 Posts: 540 Loc: Nashville, TN Balsamic Peaches 6 peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced into thick wedges 3 Tbs (45 ml) balsamic vinegar 3 Tbs (45 ml) brown sugar 1/2 tsp (2 ml) freshly ground pepper, or to taste Combine all the ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and toss to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Serve with whipped cream/soy whipped topping or vanilla ice cream/vanilla soy ice cream if desired.
