Stuffing Balls - great for Chicken or Turkey roasts!

3 quarts cubed bread (white and sourdough)
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup broth (chicken or vegetable)
2 egg whites - beaten

Mix all ingredients together. Form 14 balls. Place on greased shallow pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 20 minutew until done but not dry. Can baste lightly with broth.
Doubles easily.

Ooh, this sounds like an excellent and very easy way to stuff green peppers, or even bring it as a lunch!
