Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Recipes for flavoured cream cheese

I got these from a bagel book and simply substituted the dairy with soy. It helps to flavour up the soy cream cheese a lot.

Creamy Orange Spread
8 oz. soy cream cheese
5 tsp soy milk (or enough for spreading consistency)
1/4 cup orange marmalade
Combine.

Blueberry Cheese spread
1/3 cup fresh blueberries, lightly mashed
8 oz. soy cream cheese
5 tsp soy milk (or enough for spreading consistency)

Strawberry Cheese spread
8 oz. soy cream cheese
5 tsp soy milk (or enough for spreading consistency)
1/3 cup fresh strawberries chopped, or 1/4 cup strawberry jelly or jam or 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed.
Combine.

Tomato Cheese Spread
8 oz. soy cream cheese
5 tspsoy milk (or enough for spreading consistency)
3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
Combine.

Salsa and Cream Cheese
8 oz. soy cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tup salsa depending on desired spiciness
Combine.

Mexican Salsa Spread
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 rbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
2 cloves minced garlid or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Combine.Let stand for 3 hours.

Chives with Cream Cheese
8 oz. soy cream cheese, sofetened
5 tsp soy milk (or enough for spreading consistency)
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives

Vegetable Spread
8 oz. soy cream cheese
5 tsp soy milk (or enough for spreading consistnecy)
1/3 cup chopped or pureed fresh vegetables any combination: celery, peas, onions, corn, broccoli, green bell pepper, red pepper, cucumber, tomato
Combine.

Cream Cheese with Almonds and Bell Peppers
8 oz soy cream cheese
5 tsp soy milk
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 tbsp fresh chopped green or red bell pepper, or combination. Combine
