Pages: 1 Rice & Mushroom Bake       #119669 - 11/07/04 07:59 AM Edit Reply Quote BJake66 Reged: 10/17/04 Posts: 126 Loc: PA 1 c raw rice 2 c water 1 package onion soup mix 1/2 stick margarine 1 4 oz. can mushrooms WITH liquid Grease/spray a quart or quart and a half pyrex round bowl dish - combine all of the above. Bake uncovered about 1 hour...if it is to dry this way..next time cover for a 1/2 hour, then uncover for the second 1/2 hour.
