1/4 c honey
1 t salt
1 c oatmeal
2 c bread flour
2 1/2 t yeast

Honey oat bread is my fav!!!! However, this must be a breadmachine recipie, right? Do you have one from scratch?

Hi Leanne - I just found a Vermont Oatmeal Maple-Honey Bread..from the King Arthur Flour Baker's Companion. It is from scratch. I will post it this morning. I always have done bread in the machine..would love to try it by scratch. A family friend of ours does it this way..he says it is so easy and boy does it smell awesome. Let me know how is turns out - yummy I bet:-)
