This is for those of you who can not do Dairy or Soy......

NUT NOG

2 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 oz non-dairy whipped topping
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric nutmeg

1. Combine 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk, egg whites and cream of tartar in a non-aluminum large bowl and whisk to mix.

2. Set bowl over a pan of simmering water, bowl not touching water. Beat with a whisk until mixture becomes fluffy. Beat for 3 more minutes, then remove from heat and continue to beat until mixture has cooled slightly.

3. Add vanilla extract, turmeric, nutmeg and remaining vanilla almond milk to mixture and gently whisk it together. Serve well chilled. Garnish with whipped topping & nutmeg. Makes about 6 servings.

4 oz non-dairy whipped topping Where does this come in? It's not mentioned below. Plus, I've NEVER known of a non-dairy whipped topping that wasn't soy based, have you?
