If I'm cooking for a family and I've just begun the diet will it be harmful for a person without IBSC to have Acacia put in the food I prepare for all?
By the way I have had IBCSc for over 30 years, and have been taking Amitiza for 5 years. It worked great for at least 4 of them now it's not working so I am hoping that with the diet and them, I can get my life back. I was an Opera Singer for years, but all the pushing has left me without Diaphragm muscles and breathing for a singer has become a problem.

I have prepared my foods separately from family's and frozen them labeled with my initials, sometimes recipes. We microwave our plates separately. Acacia can be put on foods per individual, building up slowly. Hope that helps.
