No correlation has been found between yeast in food and IBS symptoms.

If you are looking for more information on how to manage IBS symptoms check the first three links in my signature. They describe a clinically tested approach to managing IBS symptoms that has been shown to reduce symptoms 70-80%. The first link takes you an article written by a dietitian who explain the general approach.

Just sayin'...anytime I eat foods with yeast (like bread), or a hidden form of yeast (in soups and packaged foods), my stomach becomes bloated and gassy. Usually looser stools follow. I have never been identified as being intolerant/allergic to yeast through tests, but I have learned to listen to my body and how it reacts to certain foods/food additives. Yeast is a big no-no for me.

Yep I agree. Listen to your body first and foremost no matter what any study says!

Yeast Food are good in taste but not for health. The excess of the junk food can increase your weight.
