To all my IBS friends, may your plates be full of wonderful treats, safe foods for your tummy to eat!! May you be surrounded with family and friends and all the love that you so much deserve.
Merry Christmas everyone!! (And a very late wish for a Happy Chanukah that was celebrated at the start of the month!!)
