I'm such a sucker for potato chips! I'm still trying to buy them with lower fat content, I just can't go completely without them, and baked just doesn't do it for me. I'm resorting to the Kettle Cooked chips... they have 7 grams of fat per serving.

I love potato chips.... but I've been having them on sandwiches to take the sting out a bit. We have something called grain waves over here, which are multigrain chips (instead of potato or corn), and I can't give those up either!
I'm also a sucker for Hell pizza with real cheese on, and for potato wedges with sour cream.

the big one: chocolate.. and I ADORE chicken wings (skin is the best part of the bird) so on occasion will sneak one or 2.. can't do too many... but I have been good and skipped my favorite place for them- the sauces aren't safe and the chicken is not only with skin but fried before the sauce is applied! I have been really tempted this week though adn with my tummy already acting up, its really hard to not do it..

Hey,
Amandas right! I still drink a soda everyday.. I love the taste, and sadly like the full calorie versions (haha diet is gross)

I still occassionaly cheat on cheese, soda, and sometimes i'll have french fries or chicken nuggets.. but not too often.

oh duh and alcohol.. I couldn't give that up.

Red meat, sorta. I had no problem giving up beef and pork, but I still love my game meats - venison, moose, etc. I don't get to eat it that often, because obviously it depends on how hunting season was for the people we know, but when it's around, I do eat it.

And that's really it... man, I guess my willpower is better than I ever gave it credit for!

Hi Cutie!

I've reverted back to a lot of my old bad habits. For one thing, I couldn't stay off coffee for long. I went without my beloved java for a year, but now I'm back on it. I have to have something in my tummy before hand, like a soluble fiber, and I have to restrict my coffee portion to only one cup of the real stuff, then one cup of decaf, and that's ALL. Even so, I have slight cramping. I just ignore it.

I also have a little dairy -- just a tiny bit -- in my salad every day (lite Ranch dressing), and there's milk in milk chocolate, also which I have every day.

Another thing I'm bad about: I stopped eating every few hours. I have only two meals a day -- around 10:00 and then around 4:00. Oh, and here's another baddie: I never have a soluble fiber supplement anymore. Oh, I'm BAD!

I think if I was able to give up coffee PERMANENTLY, I'd have no problems whatsoever; all the other bad stuff is minor compared to my coffee addiction. Whenever I go to ihop, where they have the BEST coffee of anyplace, including Starbuck's, I have more than one cup, and even though I take Equalactin, I have cramps about an hour after the coffee. I don't care. See how I am?

For whatever reason, I can handle cakes and cookies and stuff in a moderate amount even if they contain dairy and such. So I will admit that I cheat on that the most. I can't give up eating chocolate - but I only can eat the good stuff like semi-sweet and nice dark chocolate otherwise it's bad news.

Other than that I'm good about just drinking water and don't really have the desire to cheat with alcohol. Most everything else I wouldn't really eat anyhow.

I'm a pretty boring person. Never have done coffee- don't like the taste. Don't do very much sugar. No junk food. Seriously. It doesn't come in the house. No McDonalds or other fast food. No red meat, cause it's just too hard to digest. Not worth the tradeoff. Hardly any dairy, cause I'm a singer and I don't want the gunk in my throat.
Like Shell, I think my one guilty pleasure is a bowl of popcorn during a movie (or episode of "Deadwood"!)with canola spread, a little Parmesan cheese, and fake salt.
Wow! It's true, I have become the twigs-&-gravel eater that I used to make fun of.
