Question about purchasing Michael's Other Hyno CDs

Hi Everyone, I recently finished the IBS Audio 100 CDs. I would love to get Mr. Mahoney's CDs for Anxiety, as well. Can people from the US purchase them on his site? (If not, is there a site that does sell them to the US?)

Also, how long should I wait before starting the new program, after having finished the IBS Audio 100???

Thanks! And I apologize if this has been asked a lot before - I took a quick look through some of the pages and didn't see it.

Hi Jenn - You can get Mike's program via his site www.healthyaudio.com - this page specifically - http://www.healthyaudio.com/content/anxiety and yes, they are shipped to the United States (sometimes from the UK, sometimes from within the US depending on stock)

Time frames for starting a new program depend upon a few things - but as a rule, anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks between programs.
