My colleagues know which is a good thing new

and to be honest it's a lot easier than not telling them. They know I can't eat certain foods and I don't need to dissemble about why I'm not going to the staff BBQ. There's also no need to explain why I have a heat pad on my stomach. By not telling them I think you run the risk of looking strange and unfriendly when you don't share a pizza with them.

IBS doesn't really slow me down at work and things are a lot better digestion wise when I'm fulfilled and busy at work. I also got promoted in Feb and I also just won a award for excellence. Far as I'm concerned I'm in charge of my career not the IBS.

well theirs no need for me to tell them becaue the only person I see outside work from ther is my boyfriend. I only work 5-11pm and get a half hour break,lots of people say they are trying not to eat their or I just say I ate before work or I'm tired of the food here works becaue lots of ppl are. unless someone is a big part of my life I'm not going to tell them. A dad of one of the workers whom is nice and everyone knows handed out tootsie rolls to everyone for halloween and I just took them and said thank you and such,then gave them to my boyfriend.
