i have ibs c bad i have fiber gel of doctor will it help will it bloat me whats the diffrence in fiber gel and syhillum husk please help recomend me somethink that will cos cant have branflakes any more kills me [list]

Fibrogel contains psyllium husk. Heather recommeds that IBS suffers do not use it.

Have you tried Benefiber? It is soluble fiber supplement like Fibrogel but in the US it is made from wheat dextrin which is suppose to produce less gas.
