Is there any reason why I should take both of these? I have the Acacia and it seems to work. I have friend telling me that I should take Psyllium Seed Husks also??

If what you are doing now works, I wouldn't change it.

Thanks for the welcome. I guess I am wanting to know is it ok to take both? Do I need both? Does Acacia do what the Seed husks do or do they both do differnt things?

Thanks

No, you do not need both, you can get insoluble fiber from vegetables and fruit. Also the seed husks can be very irritating and cause gas and bloating.

There's someone on the board, I think Kandee, who takes acacia during the day, but still needs to take psyllium at night to "sweep" the gut clean.
