nausea from fibresmart?

has anyone found that fibresmart or any particular fibre supplement has caused them to feel nauseous when they satrted taking it? i was feeling nauseaus a few days before i started taking it, but its been slightly worse since i started it, but i really want this supllement to be good for me, as it has all these good things in it like fennel and slippery elm and probiotics.
Any other experiences?

I've been taking fibresmart for about 2 weeks. I don't find it makes me nauseous, but then again, nausea is not really one of my IBS symptoms. The only thing that gives me nausea is alcohol.

I've been taking fibresmart for over 2 years and it doesn't give me any problems with nausea. You can try the capsules instead of taking the loose powder form.

You can also try some ginger because that helps with nausea.
