Nausea and ginger

I have been doing a lot of research on nausea b/c whether or not I am having attacks I am nauseas. I read about all the kinds of teas and especially about ginger. So I pose the question... does anyone take ginger capsules?? I bought some at Walgreens today and they were very inexpensive.

I tend to experience nausea first and foremost. I have GERD too so can't do any mint. I know that ginger is supposed to be wonderful for nausea. I haven't bought the capsules, but am going to coz I just can't totally get into the fennel tea AND I am not crazy about ginger tea either. Tell me if you notice that they help. I'll keep you posted on my end. Which brand did you buy?

I had a bout with nausea and I bought some natural Gravol which contained ginger root. It helped a lot and was non-drowsy. I also drank the tea.

They are Nature's Resource. I bought 100 capsules for about $4.99. I found them at Walgreens. I am going to give them a try- I have GERD too, but I ove the peppermint tea- so I do take Zantac when I need to.
