REPORTING IN 07/06
      #86830 - 07/06/04 11:34 AM

Hi all!
Well, I didn't do anything yesterday but today I went to the gym for 2.5 hours! My whole body feels EXHAUSTED now and I can't wait to get into the shower (boyfriend's sis has locked herself in there for a while) and I think my body'll ache tomorrow BUT I am well proud of myself 'cause on the way there, I really didn't want to go after being at stinky work all day but I did and now I'm glad.
Yay.

I'll try to report in tonight after dinner....but, I just got home from the gym... had to cut it short today.... my foot is really hurting Kevin....my future weight trainer scolded me and said I should have taken today OFF!! He said I was gonna end up being laid up for weeks.... so TAKE A DAY OFF!! I might just go tomorrow and do some weights then? So, after dinner Shane will do my ice-heat-ice-heat thing again.....

One of these days I will realize that what I put in my mouth doesn't just cause me discomfort and pain it also makes me fat. I had weigh in today and lost .6 pound. That doesn't make up for the 3.4 I gained last week. Curse 'lil Debbie. On the plus side I walked 1 hour last night and did stretches.

Peace,
Tammy

Finally had a day better than goal!! It helps when Andy's not home cooking -- not that I'm complaining mind you!!

Meals 1223
BMR -1550
Ex -113 (finally in the double digits again!)
Net -440 vs goal of -266

Damn! I did GOOODDDDDD!

Breakfast usual 271
Lunch pineapple juice 75, glass of UFO 86, granola bar 120
Dinner leftover chicken 106, rice 109, green beans 30
Snacks 3 Carrs cookies 70 each, 1/2 onion roll w/UFO (YUM) 134, 1 pc choc 57

Hope that adds up! I'll be back with the fibro report (currently a 5) and today's goals soon. And no D yesterday so 2 down, 3 to go to 6 months!!

My BMR = 2662 + (I only burned 500 calories due to my ouchy foot 35 mins on the ski machine) - 1500 less calories to get to my goal = 1662 calorie food budget.

Breakfast: 130 calories RF Wheat Thins & Water

Lunch : 299 Subway Sandwich Water

Snack: 50 calories Unsweetened Applesauce & Water

While At The Gym: 7 calories Altoids (makes the water feel colder in my mouth then it really is...kind of a neat trick)

Dinner: 596 calories BS Chicken Breast w/Sesame Ginger & Cinnamon Marinade, Chicken and Garlic Rice, Green Beans & Water

Snack: 40 calories JB's & Water

Later Snack: 60 calories JB's & Water

Fiber Pills: 1.75 calories total

Without any more snacks at all....(subject to change) = 1183.75 calories

Total Water intake = 96oz

I DID have UFO w/more water. That will add 165 calories for a total of 1348.75 still my food budget
