Banana Breakfast Shake recipe - 132 calories

Ingredients:
1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 1/2 cups skim milk (can rice or soy milk be frozen for this?) If not maybe don't freeze and just mix and drink right away?)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Preparation:
1.In a blender, combine the banana, milk, vanilla and almond extract.
2. Blend for about 20 seconds (until smooth).
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon (if desired).
4. Freeze for several hours or overnight.
