Even if you've never baked anything before in your life, this should come out great (honest!) You just need two bowls, and bananas that are black. Banana Bread You can halve the recipe and just make one loaf if that's easier. You can also freeze leftovers - works great. We'll have to do some substituting because it has whole wheat flour in it, plus granola and dry milk. Are any of these triggers for you: whole wheat dairy (milk) granola We could probably substitute white flour for the whole wheat and grind up the granola in a food processor before adding it. If you're looking for a really sweet banana bread, this one has only 1/4 cup of molasses. But it does have 1/2 cup of mashed bananas and 1/3 cup of banana chips. Your choice. Let me know.
