Does anyone know of a website that will allow me to type in a recipe and it will calculate the calories, fat, etc? I have a ton of recipes that I would like to try, but I am horrible at knowing if they are within my calorie and fat limits.....

I know there are a few programs you can download. Two that I tried a while ago that have free trials are Living Cookbook and RecipeCalc. They both worked pretty well if I remember correctly.

Nutrition Data is another one that's 100% free. FitDay is a great site for tracking your calories for the day, but they don't make it particularly easy to enter a recipe in in full. HTH.

Generally I use Calorie King and input each ingredient of the recipe and find out what that is and then add it all up and divide by the number you cut the recipe in to.

There is a great thread with lots of info for this http://www.helpforibs.com/messageboards/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=recipe&Number=41365&page=&view=&sb=5&o=&vc=1 where one member breaks down how to figure it out. Just go to the one that says HERE IT IS for the breakdown, and see the others for software, etc. for finding calorie counts.
