Please give me your thoughts (from a newbie)
      #370350 - 10/02/13 09:58 AM

My husband and I moved to Atlanta in late January (as you can probably tell from my handle!) I've gone through a lot of stress, trouble finding a job, etc. I started comfort eating. Gained a little weight. Decided to cheat to lose weight and took Garcinia Cambogia. (please don't judge!) Well, that was a month ago and my bowel movements really haven't been the same. I have IBS as it is, but the GC supplements caused me to have what I call "sad diarrhea". This stressed me out even more! I stopped taking it when this started to happen. Before GC, I was actually having healthy and clockwork movements. Now, when I go to the bathroom, it's kind of soft and "wilty" looking. (Not always). Now I am stressed about getting my bowel movements back to normal. I need advice on how some of you have done this and how to control my stress. Things have been improving for the past month, but it's too slow for me! I want to get back to normal now! By the way, don't ever take Garcinia Cambogia. I shouldn't have done it. Now I regret it.
