I am sure man of you used it. i have used it befoe and then people talk and say benefiber and fibercon are just as good,and i switched to that but nothing works as well as Healther's Tummy fiber, so reordered it aain How much do you use to start with, 1/2 tsp. twice a day. I think that is right. Let me know I also ordered the peppermint capsules, and have never used them before.
