worst attack in years

Hi friends. I just am starting to recover from this morning's IBS attack. I haven't had anything like this is YEARS! **And the worst part....I had a snow day today and couldn't even enjoy it!!**
I had pains so severe I started to black out, and the pains lasted a good hour before the D hit. This D was straight from he**! Horrible!
So I'm on the couch and feeling crummy and figured I'd say hi since you all know how much this brings you down!!
How's everyone else doing on this Friday?

Aly, sorry to hear you had such an awful morning, but glad you are starting to feel better!
