I had an attack at 7 oclock this morning, something thats never happend to me before. I woke up out of a dead sleep and ran to the bathroom. I had to take a vicodin to stop it. I went back to sleep and got up at 1pm but I'm still not feeling quite right. Last night about 2 hours before I went to bed, I had some peanut butter on low fat saltines, could this have caused it?

I didn't know peanut butter was a trigger. Now I'm gonna stay away from it. I'm startin to feel a little better. I'm hopeing this will go away by tomorrow cause college classes at MTU start tomorrow.

with a little cashew butter on it for an evening snack and I am okay with it. Try spreading the PB thinly. You may not have to give it up altogether.

Some people are fine with LF or natural PB. Personally, PB bothers me, too. But I'm great with soynut butter in small amounts.
