Hey everyone.... just thought it was time to share the latest before & after pics.... *Note: I started working out and counting calories 5/28/04... that is a year ago and I'm down 83 pounds. Shane started working out full time 5/31/04 and has lost about 50-55 pounds.

Shell, you both look fantastic! You kinda look a bit like Sinéad in the latest pics, and she's gorgeous (as are you, of course!)
I love the way your cheekbones and jawline are getting defined, and Shane's chest and arms look all toned and stuff.
You are both amazing, and such an inspiration. You deserve to feel great, and I shop that you both do!

You know, on the thread with your adorable niece, I was going to say the same thing Jennifer Rose said...is that really you holding her? All your hard work is REALLY paying off Shell, you look absolutely fabulous! And your face is so gorgeous! I love your side profile especially (the 4th picture on your other post...shows off what a beautiful profile you have! Like a model!)

Wow! You two look fantastic! I'm so impressed that both of you have stuck with it this long, but I guess it's easier to do this together. (I think that's my problem. Living with a housefull of guys who eat SO much and won't touch anything low fat makes it so hard for me. At least that's the excuse I'm using! Ha!)
You two are an inspiration to all of us. Thanks for sharing the photos. You must be really proud of all you have accomplished.
