Pages: 1 Diarrhea for 3 weeks, very atypical for me.       #340909 - 01/17/09 06:55 AM Edit Reply Quote eliza0104 Reged: 01/09/09 Posts: 7 I have been having diarrhea/ very loose BM's for almost 3 weeks now. Typically, I have chronic constipation. I had a colonscopy 6 years ago and I have diverticulosis (pockets in my intestines). I have a GI doctor and am having an anorectal manometry test done next week (measures muscle/nerve coordination in the rectum). But for me to have diarrhea or loose BM's is very atypical. Anyone know what could be causing this more weeks and weeks? -------------------- IBS w/C and tons of trapped gas for over 10 years.
