Another cold! Aie! I have the most bloodshot eyes from blowing my nose so hard and sneezing!

Tried a few "different" things, today. One of my goals is to try different things that are IBS-safe, food-wise.

--cinnamon oatmeal (YUCK! Will never ever eat oatmeal again. Gave me such bad acid. Couldn't get the taste out of my stomach forever. Also, made me really gassy and gave me watery D. Broccoli gives me 300 percent less gas. Ditto for brussels sprouts.)

--green chai with rice milk

--red swiss chard (i love foods high in oxalates, a component of coffee and chocolate.), and carrots

--Emeril's mushroom stuffing, with 2 Tbsp. rice parmesan cheese, small red onion, and more red swiss chard swirled in. (OUTSTANTDING. The Rice parmesan cheese was awesome, too. Glad I tried it and will use again.)

--zucchini (with mushroom stuffing) WICKED.

Kate.
