Hey Ladies!

Breakfast- dry pops cereal

Lunch- turkey sandwich with lettuce, mustard and chips inside it.. yum I love it like that.. and a coke. I was really tired, stuck at school all day and needed caffine!

Dinner- 2 trader joes crab cakes (prob not ibs safe, they have a little mayo, but very yummy- highly reccomended) and a romaine lettuce salad with red onions, carrots and balsamic vin. *haha an all around nonibs safe meal.

Snacks- caramel apple luna bar (def didn't love this flavor), a 1/4cup mango tangerine sorbet, a few trader joes tortilla chips with salsa (only like 5 chips though), and about 1/2 a cup of dry corn pops cereal. ugh too many snacks. well I guess it wasn't alot, but it sounds like alot.

exercise- treking around campus (and if you've seen tufts, you realize the entire campus is 90 degree vertical steps up and down) and 8 min abs. 2 more days!

8 days no sugar I don't think I could do that..

yesterday-
D big time, so probably didn't get nutrition out of it, but I ate
3 luna bars,
had leftover chicken breast and potato with bbq for lunch...
turkey sandwich after work
4 egg whites and spices and tomato paste (scrambled) on 2 slices toast for dinner

chiropractor day so no big exercise, but I walked a bunch during the day at work and in the afternoon/eve at home and going to the neighbors and back and forth working on their computer.

breakfast: toasted plain bagel with homemade pumpkin butter
At work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, piece of Casey's spiced pear cake (made with an entire can of peaches instead), plain bagel with smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly, another piece of peach spice cake
dinner (at work since I had class): potato gnocchi with rice cheese and garlic pepper

water: 48 oz

exercise: 25 minute walk to work (with 15lb laptop bag), 10 minute walk to catch shuttle home with same 15lb bag (I was exhausted, and my stomach was bugging me since I was so tired, so shuttle home was happy)

I LOVE the Dulce de Leche Luna Bar and last week I thought it'd be fun to try the caramel apple one...well I really didn't like it either. It's not that I don't like caramel apples for real..but it was weird to have it smushed into a bar...you're not alone on this one.
