I just got my pepperment caps today and found a sample of Equalactin(thanks Heather ). Now for the question, can I take Equalactin with my meds?, and it says to take it long term, but it has a warning for Diarrhea that says not to take it for more then two days. Can I take it for more then two days? Thanks

Hi - If you can take your meds with food, you should be okay to take them with a soluble fiber supplement (including Equalactin). If you're at all unsure, call your pharmacist.

About the Equalactin warning... *sigh* I REALLY wish the soluble fiber companies would not market their products as laxatives. When they do this, the FDA forces them to label the product as a laxative (like ExLax or something). Do a board search on Equalactin, for all past posts, and you'll see a long post by me about this whole labeling issue. In a nutshell, you can take it everyday forever without any risks, but lots of benefits.

And I'm glad you like the caps! I've been taking them every day now and I'm totally thrilled.

Thanks Heather, I took a cap a while ago, and I can feel it helping a little already.
