tastes vary so much when it comes to non-dairy milks, cheeses, etc. And it's true that it somewhat depends on what you're used to. If you haven't had cow's milk in a long time and then inadvertently get something with it in it, it tastes horrible and so strange. You'll wonder how you ever used to eat it. I think it's the same thing when you're new to soy or rice or almond cheeses. They have to get a bit familiar in order to seem good. XXOO Heather |
