Hi I've started the CD's (up to day 4) and am really enjoying them. I find that I am feeling much more energetic after I've done them (if I do it in the afternoons), and often get into quite a deep trance. I did some hypno with my GP a while ago, so I think it makes it easier to get down faster. Even in my yoga class relaxation sessions I find myself right down after a few breathing exercises. I am thinking about getting up early and doing them before I start the day. Any benefit in doing it that way? I am actually quite excited about the possibility that one day it'll all be under control.. That'd be excellent! You're not the hypnotherapist are you?
