If you are trying to increase your serotonin levels and prefer not to go the drug route you can supplement your diet with seeds rich in tryptophan - which is a precursor for serotonin. Seeds rich in tryptophan include almonds & sunflower seeds ( there's probably more, so do a search on the web). Remember, use only natural (non-roasted) and salt-free, unless you want weight gain! |
